At Kickin' Custom Creations, we strive to provide high-quality, customized products to our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Therefore, we have established the following refund and return policy:
- Refunds: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We will issue a refund to the original payment method used to purchase the item, minus any shipping costs. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Returns: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at KickinCustomCreations@yahoo.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide you with a return shipping label and send you a replacement item as soon as possible. If we cannot provide a replacement, we will issue a full refund.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. We will work with you to resolve any issues with your custom order and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
